My favorite Keto snacks

I have bought so many KETO products on Amazon: some better than others. These save me when others are eating treats on certain special occasions and I don’t want to get out of ketosis or spike my insulin level. Here is a list of my favorites. These are the ones I enjoyed the most and didn’t have any negative effects. Sometimes sugar free products give me stomach upset. These don’t. Obviously, you have to eat in moderation or it could! My best office products

I was so delighted when my husband built me a small desk for our bedroom. You see, before that, my “office space” was the dining room table. I tried to work as people walked by, talked to me, ate snacks across from where I was sitting. This was obviously very distracting and annoying to say the least.
